Our story

Triston Hunt, Owner Atoll Vodka
FOR SOME PEOPLE THE SEA IS A DESTINATION, but FOR US IT'S A PART OF OUR SOUL. OUR FRIENDSHIP STEMS FROM A COMMON BOND which is GROWING UP BY THE OCEAN WITH SAND IN OUR HAIR AND SALT ON OUR SKIN. YEARS OF SAILING, SURFING , DIVING AND FISHING TRIPS SPARKED COUNTLESS  CONVERSATIONS. SOME TOOK PLACE 120 MILES OFFSHORE. OTHERS RIGGING BAITS AND TACKLE UNDER THE BAHAMIAN STARS. However, THOSE ALWAYS CIRCLED BACK TO CRAFTING A VODKA WITH THE SAME REVERENCE WE HAD FOR THE SEA.

STORY BEHIND THE NAME

MILLIONS OF YEARS AGO AN UNDERWATER SEAMOUNT ERUPTED. ERODED BY THE ELEMENTS ENTOMED IN THE DEPTH OF THE SEA,ONLY A CRATER REMAINED . A VIBRANT  AQUATICS ECOSYSTEM SLOWLY EMERGED: TURQUOISE LAGOONS PALM-TREE LINED BEACHES, AND COLORFUL CORAL RINGS TEAMING WITH MARINE LIFE . THIS SERENE , REMOTE ATOLL IS ONE OF THE LAST PLACES ON EARTH TO FIND TRUE PARADISE.

In the mid-1950s, a small group of community volunteers joined together to advocate for the rights and needs of people with intellectual disabilities in Palm Beach County. The volunteers -- many of them parents of children with disabilities -- envisioned the creation of local community-based programs to educate and help their children lead productive lives. incorporated in 1958, The Arc has since been providing remarkable services, continuing education, rights advocacy, loving care and family support.
