1/2 ounce Italicus Bergamot
1/4 ounce Velvet Falemum
1/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 ounce Pineapple Juice

1 ripe kiwi, skin removed
2 ounces Graviola & Passion Fruit Flavored Sparkling Wine

In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle half of a very ripe kiwi. Add Atoll Vodka, Italicus, Velvet Falernum, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Cardamom Bitters and ice. Shake vigorously to chill and dilute. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top it off with Graviola & Passion fruit flavored sparkling wine. Finish it with a spay of Anise Cocktail Perfume. Garnish with fresh kiwi.
